2007 Red Cap Cabernet Sauvignon

Our 2007 Cabernet is captivating from the moment it’s poured, filling the glass with a beautiful, deep scarlet. The nose reveals an alluring blend of wild blackberry, cocoa, molasses, sweet tarragon and mint. Flavors of black cherry, cola and brown sugar dance across the palate, beautifully balanced by undertones of forest floor and notes of tobacco, leather and spice. Thanks in part to elegant, refined tannins, this wine has a long, satisfying finish. Drink now and well into 2020.

2010 Red Cap Sauvignon Blanc

Our debut Sauvignon Blanc heralds from a single vineyard within the Rutherford appellation. Dazzling the eye with a brilliant straw color, this 100% Sauvignon Blanc is an attention-getter. On the palate it’s addictively intense and focused, showing layers of minerals, stone fruit, honeysuckle and white pepper. There is very little oak influence here, other than a subtle yet lively champagne toastiness and yeasty notes emanating from eight weeks of lees stirring. The finish is long and wet, with flavors of juicy peach, mango and kiwi. A truly superb food wine.
